The Stress & Anxiety Module

With ongoing stress, no matter the reason, we put our health and wellbeing at risk and it blocks all that is available for us in life.

Many of us live stressful lives juggling work, relationships, family and many responsibilities. Worry about the future, our health, money, family and the planet.

We rush around trying to do the right thing or to make everyone around us happy. It is easy for stress, anxiety and tensions to grow rapidly inside of us.

In this module you will enter in silence, a healthful space within yourself, that never got hurt or disturbed.

You will go through a guided self-exploration, that stops the ongoing creation of conflicts and tension.

There is a peace within each of us. We show you that you have the capacity to choose this space of joyful tranquility over your inner and outer conflicts.

Your Journey

In this Module we will cover topics including:

Tension ° Anxiety ° Depression ° Low moods ° Constant worrying

Feeling overwhelmed ° Acute and chronic stress

You will learn to:

  • Determine which thoughts and beliefs are stressing you and which ones are healthy
  • Set boundaries, express what you need and act upon it immediately and authentically
  • Learn how to be self caring and to stop talking harshly to yourself
  • Be able to activate your choice of what you feel and think
  • Choose contentment and relaxation over anxiety and stress
  • Break down your thinking process which usually sets off your stress and learn to stop fueling destructive thought patterns
  • Be with one thought at a time so you are less overwhelmed
  • Be present with anxious thoughts or feelings without expectations or ideas of what will happen next
  • Be able to relax in the moment with whatever is happening in your mind-body
  • See how you give attention to specific thoughts and beliefs which set off your anxiety
  • Disidentify from heavy thoughts and feelings to not be affected by them
  • Stop feeding stress and anxiety with more thoughts and find immediate relaxation
  • Deal with mental or emotional discomforts in life in a healthy way

In the Stress & Anxiety Module you will get:

  • 8 Relaxation Classes (approx. 2,5 hours each) in Feb/March 2022
  • 8 Private Support Meetings
  • Weekly assigments to integrate the process

Classes take place:

  • In a small group setting, where you will attend anonymous
  • In a secure, private and friendly online chatroom
  • In real time with live – guidance
  • In the comfort of your home

During the Class:

  • The Vision Process is a writing process – we choose to not use video or audio. This is for you so that you can fully focus on yourself and your self discovery.
  • While the process is not about creating connections with others, you will be surprised by the intimacy in the chat room – with yourself and the other participants.
  • Classes are composed of a succession of questions and teachings, in which you will be asked to write about you.
  • All that is required of you is a bit of courage, honesty and a willingness to follow along.
  • Change does happen in the wave of the process without any effort as your recognition in class will seamlessly carry into your daily life.

Who we are

The Vision Process is led by the most warm hearted, beautiful, enlightened and sharp Zen Master, who decided to stay in the background.

Nevertheless he is happy to share his work with the world. He has worked and is working with people from all walks of life: artists, business men, struggling couples, lost individuals, doctors, people who are looking for answers about their life and all in between and beyond.

Behind him stands an international group of mindfulness teachers to support him to bring his work to the world.

The Vision Process is a process that doesn’t exist anywhere else and has been created to be anonymous. This is one Uniqueness of the Process – to not focus on any persona.

It is a process of self discovery that manages to go through the obstacles of self-realization.

It is about recognizing that – what you have been looking for all your life – call it love, peace, joy, fulfillment, purpose, god or any other word – is already present.

We are here on this amazing, beautiful and resourceful planet. Life is absolutely stunning.
