You are not allowed to copy / take pictures from the live online classes. If you wish to take notes or go over certain parts again please ask and we will provide you with the information.

I understand that The Vision Process is not a counseling service and that The Vision Process does not provide clinical counseling or psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.

I recognize that The Vision Process requires emotional, physical, and mental efforts, exertion, and behavioral experimentation, on my part, which may cause physical, mental or emotional injury and I hereby take full responsibility for all the risks involved.
I understand the difference between The Vision Process and clinical counseling or psychotherapy and while there are similarities the major differences are in the goals, focus and level of professional responsibility.
I understand that clinical counseling and psychotherapy is a health care and medical service and The Vision Process is not a health care nor medical service.

I confirm that prior to participating in The Vision Process I was advised to talk about it and seek advice from primary health care provider.
I attest to the fact that I have disclosed all relevant information regarding my physical, emotional or mental conditions that could cause harm to me by participating in The Vision Process.
I will never hold The Vision Process with either responsibility nor liability and I hereby forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue The Vision Process for any injury, harm or death caused by either negligence or other acts.
Finally, if The Vision Process is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, it will do so to the extent the law requires.
